Dr. Ann Ihuoma Dozie-Enukora Shines as SERVICOM’s Overall Best Performing Nodal Officer (2024 & 2025)

The SERVICOM Office under the Presidency on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, held its Year 2025 Awards and Recognition Ceremony in Abuja, celebrating outstanding Nodal Officers as well as Ministerial and Parastatal SERVICOM Units for excellence in public service delivery.

The annual ceremony reinforces SERVICOM’s mandate to promote accountability, professionalism, and improved service delivery across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), while motivating institutions and officers to consistently meet citizens’ expectations.

Speaking at the event, the Acting National Coordinator of SERVICOM Mr. Anthony Ashim  described the awards as a deliberate and strategic tool for strengthening service standards across MDAs, noting that recognition remains critical to driving sustained efficiency and responsiveness in public service delivery.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the exceptional performance of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), which emerged as one of the most decorated institutions at the event. Dr. Ann Ihuoma Dozie-Enukora delivered an outstanding showing, winning the Overall Best Performing Nodal Officer of the Year for both 2024 and 2025, a rare consecutive achievement that underscores her consistency, leadership, and commitment to service excellence.

In addition, Dr. Dozie-Enukora also clinched the award for Best Performing Nodal Officer Team B, further consolidating her position as one of SERVICOM’s top-performing officers nationwide. Her recognition followed NUPRC’s strong institutional performance and impactful service delivery reforms aligned with SERVICOM standards.
