A symbol of transparency who designed and implemented NEITI protocols to advance transparency in the oil, gas and minerals sectors of the Nigerian economy. Nick named madam due process, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili established due processes for Nigeria’s public procurement system. She initiated the Public-Private Partnership model for education service delivery and revamped Nigeria’s federal Inspectorate Service for improved quality assurance.
