A symbol of transparency who designed and implemented NEITI protocols to advance transparency in the oil, gas and minerals sectors of the Nigerian economy. She initiated the Public-Private Partnership model for education service delivery and revamped Nigeria’s federal Inspectorate Service for improved quality assurance.
